Leslie Mills-Bampoe is an entrepreneur and businessman, who is the founder and CEO of Impeccable Heights Micro-Credit Enterprise. Leslie brings on board a wealth of knowledge from the banking sector with over eight (8) years of experience working in various capacities with key competencies in Credit Risk Management, Credit Administration, Portfolio Management and Project Management.

He is the current chairman and CEO of Impeccable Resources, a construction and procurement company headquartered in Accra, Ghana and has also previously worked with Fidelity Bank Ltd.

Leslie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Ghana, Legon. Leslie is passionate about financial inclusion and is the founder of Impeccable Resources.
